Make sure to make a ban appeal if you are banned. Be honest about your wrong doings too as lying will get you nowhere.

if i want to make a new appeal its say There are currently no valid bans for this user. We only accept appeals for permanent bans.

Then you should be able to appeal in the ban appeals section of the forums

Is possible you might have been only temporarily banned (although I'm not sure if they do those) which means you will be unbanned on a certain date.
