Well, not just that.. I'm one of the only 2 chiefs now, they won't be able to rank up any new captains if we leave... It wouldn't be fair..

Yea but then anyone who stays will have issues with rank ups, if I could rank a few people up to chiefs before hand then it wouldn't be an issue...
