Early game meelee builds usually get rekt from lack of spells, dmage, and terrible spell damage; at least imo.

I'm using an early game melee build on my assassin; it's actually pretty good, ESPECIALLY because of mummy's rag. I deal 800 dps using a level 46 dagger
