Water warrior, fire archer, and earth mage are all pretty oxymoronic tbh.
Least versatile spell class using mana regen and spell damage, least defensive class using hitpoints and defense, and worst melee class using melee damage.

The early game is a lot more slow because of the new sp system, so be cautious :P
