Well I mean a free T6 powder guaranteed is pretty OP.

Ok good point but it still shouldn't give T3 ones. At least make it T4 plus for T6 and then lower the minimum and maxim I tier for every powder relic by one

I just found it annoying that I got a t3 when I looted a T6 relic. I can't even get a powder charge special with that

I can't find any in rodoroc/ahmsord area tho. Either way, t4 chests are pretty rare anyways. You can't really farm them either

There's literally 7 around rodoroc, one in thanos vault, and probably multiple around the canyon...you just suck at finding lol.

Oh I know I suck at finding them. I've only gotten powders from one T3 chest and the daily rewards and even as a level 96 it was only a T1 powder
