You know you can change teams right? Just ask Niantic on their support page.

I don't even have the game yet, I was planning on joining either Mystic or Instinct purely due to the fact that I don't like Moltres .-.

But be aware Xavier , it's a lot harder to train and keep a gym than take one over

And gyms usually only get held for a few hours depending on the time

Well I mean I put my 230 dratini in because I ran out of potions for my strongest cp and I kept the gym for like 20mins
