He was having fun, and putting people into jail cells - He already had two strikes apparently, and I guess that was his 3rd strike. I never really noticed him, but he seems like a good moderator. Also, if you want to know go to his Profile page and read the things he posted

According to Blah, he just teleported players into prison cells, not instead of banning them, just teleporting innocent players into prison cells for a laugh.
