That depends on what crates do; ranked players will receive crates and crate keys once per month.

If said crates allow ranked players to obtain items that affect gameplay in a personal or non-server-wide manner, that'd be against the EULA.

...Why would you assume you get actual items. Misaka already showed that there is /e as well as some other COSMETIC items. You will probably get that as a VIP

VIP servers dont break EULA. It just has less people so less lag. Wynn should probably do that.

Well, I don't believe VIP servers affect gameplay (unless there's a boost for VIP server members), so that wouldn't be an issue.

Not every non-cosmetic thing is against EULA ya know. Is having more class slots against EULA?
