Because everyone wants to be too individual, as well as everyone wants to belong somewhere. Mix them both and you have too many morals that don't concede.

Sure, but European interactions with Africah have existed for 10 generations or so. Slavery is 160 years behind us, so why should anyone still have hard feelings? Seems pretty illogical to me.
