Possibly. UUID messed and still messes with guild stuff, so that might be why. Changing it back won't help, so if you don't want to do that, don't feel obligated to do so.

For now, yes. With luck, you might be randomly removed sometime in the future, but don't expect it.

If you want, you could try leaving once a day, but it still probably won't work.
