I was told of a purple cave in time valley by @Chino. I also saw another cave underground when chunks were rendering. We could not find either of them.

Not sure whivh cave you are talking about, there is the cave from the suspended flowers quest and a quartz underground ruins, there are more caves that I cant recall right now

there's also a cave close to the time door, just about east from it, not sure if it's the same one I remember though O.o

The suspended flowers one was from a quest, so thats not really a secret. Any of the other ones are worth while. You mentioned a quartz ruins?

On the border of the nivla forest there is a small ruin with stairs leading downwards into a four sided quartz room that looks really pretty, it has been there since before I started playing.

Oh right, that thing. Its not really a "cave" in the usual sense, but it does have a loot chest. I would count that as more part of nivla than part of time valley

the entrance is at -370 -1160

the river that flows between the door of time and the cave for suspended flowers comes from a cave, it has a couple of aqueducts and if you swim up the water you find yourself on top of the door of time
