I've been looting almost every chest I know of near rodoroc just hoping for a freedom or another mythic so I can buy a freedom

Keep grinding. I found a Grandmother in my grind to 101 during Level 98. And I had 6% Loot Bonus at the time.

Well mythics do have a 0.0007% drop rate lol. I didn't have any loot bonus on me so I probably just got extremely lucky.
