That is what happened. I believe that if they are found to be active again, they will be presented with the opportunity to rejoin.

Besides, Riuzake is active, he probably got demoted because he wasn't really doing much mod work.

And needlr, while he is a great music artist, didn't really need a mod tag, for all we know, he could be still active within the content team making music for Wynn. @XavierEXE

I mostly brought it upon myself, actually. I hadn't explained my reasoning for my in-game inactivity, and that hinted towards my inactivity. I wasn't able to do much mod work, since the most mod related thing I could do at the time is answer appeals, which showed up too infrequently to catch immediately.

There has only been one Mon that got repromoted, once demoted there's no way back, I think.
