Well, it depends on the type of fireball. If it just sets you on fire, then you can just stop, drop and roll. If it explodes, though, then of course it's going to hurt a whole lot more.
Also depends on where the bullet hits.
If it hits a part of the body which isn't as sensitive as the rest (probably the leg), it won't be really bad.
If it hits a sensitive part of the body (hands, the you know whats, etc.) then they aren't going to have a good time.
If it hits a vital part, depending on the force, whether or not it was a direct hit, etc, they will die in most cases and some cases they will have lots of pain before they die. If they survive, they will feel even more, go unconscious and have extremely bad memories about the whole thing.
