2. Open Image in Paint.NET
3. Select image.
4. Resize image
5. ???
6. Profit!

You can also save it as a .jpg instead of .png, as far as I know it takes up less space :3

Yeah, that's the sad thing. Any canvas I make (or resize) smaller, the worse the quality gets. That's why I draw with a big canvas
