Not all mods are content team members, some are just normal members who were helpful to others and just good people

Yea, ik, but I feel content team members deserve it more than me

Being a part of the content team is a great thing, din't get me wrong, it helps a ton to the server and helps the community grow and the updates come faster, but it's not an actual requirment for being a mod. Some mods aren't content team members and some are.
