Wow, spoilers. I don't think you understood what I meant... FF series have always been deep and dark, so I don't get where you are coming from either. I simply don't hype for things. I don't act exited a lot, nobody else will enjoy the game like I will, therefore I do not waste my expression.

Oh, oops k then, once again I show my n00b-ness :P From an outsider point of view, I've just always viewed Final Fantasy as a more, you know, "fantasy"-type game. Guess that's just me then... I probably also have a lot of things mixed up from Kingdom Hearts too... sorry if I made you cringe

Kinda cringe-y, overall unobservant. The series of games goes so so very deep. It has no fantasy at all either, the only fantasy actually being the fandom the game has.

But as a minority (the fandom within the game) it has majority in the FF community, that it does add sense of adventure and sentiments to fans, ultimately balancing what's conveyed, aka the actual purpose of the FF Series, with mechanics (this including fandom) creating an unforgettable world.

but anyway. It's a latent fantasy overwhelmed by a reality with conditions. Creating art. that's FF.
Happens to be one of the first RPG's, but the creator of mayor RPG'S too, whom originated quintessential mechanics for most MMORPG's now a days. Most of these were developed with FF Crystal Chronicles.

ANYWAY, IM NO WIZ, JUST SOME OBSERVATIONS FROM PLAYING THE SERIES. Anyway. Just play a few FF games before FF XV. You will enjoy FF XV best afterwards. I recommend FF IX and FF X and FF VI and FF Crystal Chronicles.

No FF VII? I thought I heard that that one is one of the best?
And BTW, have you ever listened to the Distant Worlds or Final Symphony concerts? SOOOO much good orchestral FF music (the "Don't Be Afraid" arrangement from FF VII is one of my favorites)

Nope. I feel like "Don't be afraid" is a soundtrack from FF IX. As far as VII, the remake is coming soon, therefore I don't recommend playing it now.

which is one of the best in the game. the feeelssss. FF IX is really good. cried like a baby throughout the whole ending just to stare at the end screen for 30 minutes. deep game.

when I think of good FF music, I think of FF X and FF VII and the prelude. haha.
