If you try to log onto the server it should say who banned you. Try to tag them in your ban-appeal like this: @[themodthatbannedyou]
This should notify the moderator and speed up the process.

And remember, spamming everywhere will NOT help.

Im not spamming im being upfront about it and also I was not banned by anyone

Then just tag an active mod like Headset_O, he will surely take a look at your appeal.
