What I mean, antra, is do not mock someone for either, 1: having to use google translate or other kinds of translation programs, or 2: trying to speak English with what they currently know.

They're putting in the effort already either way to try to communicate with you and be understood so the least you could do is do the same. I know google translate isn't the best but if you translate something, (then translate it back to english just to check if it's accurate), then it could be helpful to someone who then can read it in their native language instead of being made fun of or ignored.

that happens a lot to me, i know how to deal with that, and i always translate back to english to check it.

How about you work on not deleting posts that aren't rude? I was legitimately telling him/her to get a better translator, because I couldn't understand him/her, therefore I couldn't help him/her.

Yea it can be frustrating at times but I try my best with bug reports in different languages at Github. I helped out a guy typing in Japanese once and I think it went ok.
