I already did, It took me 7 days of wait but I got tired and went to ask a builder: _Sam, he said that it had a problem so they were not receiving the stuff that we sent, and that it usually took 1 day for a response and even if they failed we would get a response :(

It can take a while. It took me five weeks of waiting for a response once. Just be patient, and it'll be fixed soon
