I used a resource pack to highlight those command blocks, nothing special. I currently use Camtasia Studio, but I'm thinking about switching to Adobe Premiere Pro, since Camtasia Studio is very limited.

Also, would you mind telling me how you made your intro? It's awesome. The green screen one you used on the penguins vid :)

I used no green screen. For my "logo", I just played around with the positions of the symbol and text. For the background, I used the Replay Mod in the same world and merged it with the 1.9 footage.
