Run Speed: 7th fastest, outruns Charizard, Roy, MK, Cloud, and slightly outspeeds Sheik
Up smash endlag reduced
Nair hitboxes are larger
And maybe even more.

Compare all that to Zelda's "buffs" which were just small little tweaks.
