@Abandonedbank , reworking how? Please tell me it wont be so $U*(&($ aggravating to actually make progress on the quest so i can stop having a hemorrhage every time i get on and spend 2 hours making no progress.

Srsly? It's not as hard as u think...once you figure it out, you'll be facepalming yourself to how easy it is.

I have spent almost 2 months trying to do this. I REALLY dont need more people telling me its easy when it has taken me this long, alright?

To be honest, im really hesitant to write about my frustrating of the quest because it may just start a flame war.

Mular, I'd recommend different approaches than looking for an NPC. You don't know that you'd see the NPC's nametag for starters, and they would place the ??? Quest in some random cave because that would be very hard to make something with lore behind it. For sure, ??? is a quest under the new design system. If this gives too much info delete it.

I never said i was on that part. I have found the npc, but that does not help at all.

Then, scan the general area and connect the dots...while remembering, that access to the NPC might include more than what you think.

That is what i have been trying to do, with no luck :(
