Can't, you need to get back that place by yourself, mods can't do that just for you, or else they'd have to do it for everyone.

I'm at school so I am unable to. You'll have to make your way back.
Also, hoke, I usually tp players back where they were if they got stuck or a bug happened to them, it just depends on the mod.
