I'm not aware of the exact co-ordinates, but I can give you a short and easy guide:

1. Go to Dogovi's main gate/entrance
2. Go to the right
3. Once you see snow or ice, head towards it
4. Enter cave

How to get to dogovi:

1. Go to Rodoroc Potion Merchant
2. Face away from him
3. Go out the nearest exit from Rodoroc
4. Go down the path and take the right at the fork until you see two paths heading up the mountain
5. Take the path on the left until you see a house.
6. Climb the small mountain/hills around the house and enter Dogovi.
