well, "angyohasseyo" can be used for BOTH "hello" or "goodbye",
but there's another way to say "goodbye", which is pronounced "angyoneegaaseyo", the added "neegaas" meaning "going" if you ever need to specify if you mean to welcome someone or dismiss someone else or yourself.
tl:dr "Angyohasseyo" is the Korean equivalent to "Ciao"
