Try redownloading it, sometimes files get corrupted. Does any message appear when you try to launch it?
Yeah, it says 'Preparing to launch borderlands 2', then it says it's running, then syncing, but nothing ever shows up.
I have an issue with my Borderlands 1, but the issue is it seems to like, crash whenever I even try to open it.
