How dear you mention Linkle. I'm very disappointed in their decision to change the style/name of Link. ;-;

But Linkle and Link are separate characters. One's the Hero of Time, the other is the Elf from Dragon's Crown

Linkle looks similar to "Elf" but Linkle is the new gender bend of Link that you'll be able to play in an upcoming zelda game.

I know that... It was a joke... And I believe Hyrule Warriors for 3DS already came out, so she is playable.
