The "Hammer Of Justice" was just a joke. The picture was actually made to be a profile picture for @icebreaker. If you're really serious about making it an in-game item, I'd bring it up with him.
If you'd like, I could make a few pictures you could convert into in-game items. However, it probably wouldn't help with your current boredom, as it would take me a while to make them.
