Isaacs heart is fucking garbage. I unlocked it like 2 days ago.
I was like.. "Hey, I beat Isaac with the lost FINALLY, I wonder if I get D100 here? Or maybe the Mind? *YOU JUST UNLOCKED ISAAC'S HEART* I wish I could somehow unlock 1001% and Godhead without having beaten Isaac with the lost, cuz I fucking hate Isaacs heart.

That's not a joke. If your dmg sucks it's pretty good. If your damage is good BB sucks. Also, if you deal a lot of orbital dmg it sucks as well.
