Every unique+ item is unidentified, you need to identify it first to use it.

ID'ing is much more cheap now, not even kidding

The ID'ers are still in their classic spots as ever, like I said, some of your current high leveled classes may have difficulties adjusting to the update, you should probably restart if you wish to fully experience the update.
