To add to that, time isn't as big a factor in it as you may think. Doesn't take time to make a good mod. Sure, it helps, but if time was all that mattered even I'd be mod ._.
It is not bullshit to tell you that the amount of time spent on the forum does NOT reflect on how well someone can handle a rank that is given IN-GAME. You need to calm down and stop being so negative and rude.
Isn't it that time on the forums, and dedication whatever on the forums gets you to be a mainly forums mod? Or is that a thing? Or am I just going insane .-.
It isn't how long you have been on the server or forums. It is what you have done on the server or forums to make you worthy of moderator. At least I think... I am not a moderator... (Yet?)
Close, it's more like, relationships with the community, being nice, and not a jerk to the community, along with being mature, and if you do things to help the community, such as helping people with questions they have about the game.
or helping the staff fill out the Wiki, or being a GM/Builder, such as for example: @Headset_O , @Mekyr , or @Tantibus . All of which are content team members, and worked hard for the better of the server
