It depends on your class. I would suggest only using water if you are a mage, thunder otherwise. Mage because it needs intel, thunder because warrior could use a bit of it and archer and assassin because it will really help them. If I were to take a guess, you are assassin. Why? Because agility is something assassin and archer need but defence doesn't suit archer that much.
Ironically, that is the exact build I would use if I was an assassin. Well, actually a bit less agility and a bit more water. Though idk how it works well because I haven't used assassin since the update.
If I use archer (not that it's bad, I just want a level 100 mage first) then I will do a similar build, though slightly different. I would use 100 agility because archer needs speed, 60 dexterity because it is the only other speed related element and finally 38 earth just because the extra strength will give a nice damage boost (that roughly +30% damage would help with fighting a lot).
That's the thing. There would be a lot of dexterity. 60 would be enough to use quite a few good high level items. However, the only difference the strength would make? An extra bit of damage. Well, it would allow for a few earth based items but they would either be too low a level or they wouldn't affect the dexterity and thunder based items.
