No, it's not, Feraligatr is easily the most chosen of the three. How do I know? We had this quiz thing on a website in school one of the quizes were name as many pokemon as you can. No one knew Typhlosion, everyone knew Feraligatr...
Also polls online say Feraligatr = best. I rest my case.
