when the vip horse merchant was in game (sold blacks at 1le) chestnuts took around 8le to breed, it has been a year since it got removed. the current breeding price is around 16le and trading price should be a bit higher. (altho if you hve 16le you can just go breed one yourself)

Ill try to breed one with 7le... but first, tell me if its a good idea or not XD

There is a chance that you will succeed (maybe even get a white) but that chance is very slim.
