The servers were down when you posted this, so just to double check now, does the message specifically say you are sill banned?

It says this exact: "Connection Lost" "Kicked whilst connecting to lobby3: You Have Been Banned!" "Reason: Hacking, tag @Riuzake in your appeal"

I would call this as a yes, I am still banned
