Dude, I have the same problem. Myopia sucks.

Heck, I can't even see my own desktop screen (which is like 2 feet away from my chair) without it being insanely blurry.

Same :p I am accused of siting weird when playing the computer/doing anything sitting (face is like 7 inches from screen/paper)

Maybe you should open the windows and let the clouds out of your room

Things start to get blurry for me at around 20cm from my eyes

I get blurry vision at night, especially around artificial light sources.
If I use computers at night I get a headache. Artificial lights must hate me.
