I dont live in one of the 12 countries but I can tell you they wont file charges against every anime fan/cosplayer. if they do it would be against a handful of people to make a show and a warning out of it, untill that happnes, we wait.

I know that, but I have lots of family members in Vietnam and also, I'm going to Vietnam next year, so me might not being able to watch anime/animu fansubs is horrific (oh yeah and Canada too)
