I decided I will never try those things, and your insight on this confirmed my opinion and helped me overcome the slight curiosity I had. Your fate really touched me and made me despise any hard drugs. Thank you for sharing your story.
I would say that for some people, it can turn out fine.
That it's considered a party drug.
And that just once won't matter.
But the truth is that not only does cocaine permanently damage your brain even if you try it just once, but that's also EXACTLY how it started out for me.
I tried it once at a party. And I was just hooked.
It was too readily available for me.
So I couldn't keep my hands off it.
THE main reason for writing about it in my confession topic and my AMA at the time, is because I truly believe that we can learn from someone else's mistakes.
I hoped that by writing that, which wasn't easy, I would be able to positively influence at least one person's life.
So I'm happy to hear that in a way, it did.
This means a lot to me.
