I'd have to question if 'being a bad motherfucker' and being a 'good man' actually have any correlation at all... To be honest I don't think that really makes sense.

Manliness is praised, acclaimed to judge the quality a man has. You can be a bad-ass, a motherfucker, but your quality as a man, the way you treat others, even your girl, is not determined by your manliness. That's what its talking about.
