awww but there's vampires and so what? all of yuichiro's friends he grew up with die in the first episode (there's only a few)

There's significant amount of character death; one of my most important criteria is that characters of significant importance CANNOT DIE (aka MINIMAL CHARACTER DEATH)

actually, his friends (except from mika) aren't that really important and mika actually survives but gets turned into a vampire
