I get why people say it. I mean, its not part of the main game and tbh, larger guilds to tend to overeact a little.
However snce people say they are a waste of time... what is wynncraft then at all if not a waste of time? If people do guilds because they enjoy it is it still a waste of time?

Guilds are taken too seriously - This one guy we all know who is super hyped for gavel and is training all the classes to min. 40 so he can get into gavel immeadiatly.

Guilds are taken too seriously - The one 75 we all know who cant be bothered to start a new class and complains about being bored all day.

I dont mind if people dont participate in guilds, it would just be nice if they wouldnt comment on everything guild related that it is taken too seriously, or is a waste of time. I dont see anyone saying getting to 75 is a waste of time, or getting a lot of collectables, or even playing the game. Even though these could just as well be deemed "waste of time".

I feel like there should be events where a powerful boss with a unique moveset creates a portal to its arena at a destined location in the province, and that he would be easy if fought the first time, but would get even stronger, and eventually more people would have to join in and fight. Of course, the rewards would increase, and perhaps the boss could drop an exclusive weapon/armor piece...

that'd be cool, and you have to get to that portal by a certain time to fight.
