It's a character from a webcomic called Homestuck. She's a girl with dog ears, pretty much.

Like I said, Homestuck is a webcomic, but not really at the same time. It's about four kids playing a game that ends up ending the world. They've got to complete the game in order to make a new planet, but there's a problem in their session that renders them incapable of doing so... it's really hard to explain. There's pretty much no webcomic like it. I recommend to read it in your spare time!

Took me weeks to get to the "end" so far, and I read pretty quickly. However, I highly reccomend it :D

The beginning is a bit boring, but it gets pretty complex later.

Yeah, there are some flashes that can only be seen on PC because the phone doesn't support it. I'd recommend saving the page or looking up [S] pages on YouTube.
