It is mostly based on the other of the quests (A,B,C,D) and the colour of the crystals in those quests.

But how do you solve it!?

Yellow? in the temple where the last relic is.

eerm what does the puzzle look like?

You have entered the secret traitor hideout and there is 1 relic left for wynnexcavation to take. So you go the the last place where the relic is in the Dernal jungle at the back and there is a puzzle there.

ah that one, you need to press the button, then look at the corner wall just behind those buttons, it should open up a pressure plate, step on it then head to the corner on the right, another pressure plate will be opened, step on it then head to the corner opposite of that corner, the final pressure plate should be opened, step on it and the block in the middle should open.
