What are some new things to be expected from the GAVEL addition? Too lazy to read some spoilers

Gavel is the homeland of the villigers and has no corruption. Instead it has magic that comes from a brand new realm.
Gavel will come with an increase in the level cap and new quests.
It has amazing land features and great builds.
