Like every few months its just Sick -> Get better -> sick -> get better on a loop until it justs wears out or my body figures out how to get it out for good xD
1: Sleep deprivation
Happens WAY too often that i get dragged out of the house at 4 AM cause my grandmother cant wait/sleep 4 more hours to have her appointment.. So i end up getting 2 hours of sleep once in a while and having shtty posture because of having to sit in a chair for 4 hours cause we went too early
2: Lack of vitamins
I am pretty good on that front, other than Vitamin D (which you get from being out in the sun) for 2 reasons
Crppy weather like rain, or me being sick and not wanting to move
and on the diseases front, I am fine i'm pretty sure, since none of the mental or physical problems i have are due to a disease
