It doesn't take too long to come up with the app, it's really the wait that kills me. Time to go make another app!

Yeah, salted checks months like every 2 months. No reason to submit an app tomorrow when you could spend 2 weeks checking for possible improvements, doing anything necessary to make it the best app possible.
