Hey there, this is yotamdin, and today I'm bringing you a brand new idea!

So, you all probably know there are powders, and there are different kinds of powders.

so today I'm bringing to you the Gray Powder!

BUT WHAT DOES GRAY POWDER DO?

Good question! And now here is the answer!


Gray Powder I

+1 smite on weapons
+1 projectile protection on armor


Gray Powder II

+2 smite on weapons
+2 projectile protection on armor

HOW SMITE TAKE EFFECT

Smite takes effect just like in regular old vanilla, but effects all the undead themed/related costume mobs. The damage will be stronger on undead then sharpness. The smite is more effective on damage then sharpness, but only effect undead themed mods.

HOW THE PROJECTILE PROTECTION TAKE EFFECT
​

projectile protection effects just like how you would imagine. It would be very helpful against skeletons.

The differences between the tiers are very simple. This powder works the same as the other powders.

As i said in the thread, the damage to the undead is more effective.

 

Nice idea, but I don't see a point for this apart for the projectile protection. Also nice thread delete on your previous powder thread.

 

That's awfully weird, cause before the forums lost all it's thread, I posted something nearly like this, at the very least the idea.

Now, the main difference was that I called it white powder, even though it was Gray Dye.
Seems... quite odd if you ask me...

Smite is really similar to sharpness and projectile protection is really similar to regular protection. There's no need to add this in.

 

so corrupted mobs being dealed same damage as sharp 2 at lv1, and at lv2 it's doubled sharpness. overpowered, except the fact it only works in Wynn, I'm still saying no.

There is no protection powder for armor in-game.
Only:
-Thorns
-Fire Protection
-Feather Falling (which is useless considering theres no fall damage

But I do have to agree with the sharpness-smite part.

 

Your creativity is great but I really don't see how it is that more effective than sharpness, I think that many people would just prefer sharpness.

 

With gavel I'm pretty sure powders are being revamped to deal with elements instead of added potion effects and stuff, like fire, water, earth, air and thunder.

Powders are changing in Gavel. Instead of these things, they will give things like elemental damage and probably other things. Plus, there are going to be five of them now (one for each element and now 3 tiers for each!)
