Ignore Command

This one is quite simple; a /Ignore <Player> Command would be the best thing out there, there really have been a ton of spammers around sending other servers link or are just plain annoying; The player would be able to completely mute that player's messages (/r and /msg) but normal chat, Shouts and guild/party chat are unnafected (as normal chat does not apply if you're in a diff. server or far away enough, you can always kick/get out of that guild, shouts are limited and cost money and parties are meh.) Also, Any members of staff, Be them Builders, Moderators, GM's, Administrators or whichever, cannot be muted (For obvious reasons)

Anyhow, Resuming: We need a command to mute player messages.
