Visor VR Mod allowed?

I recently got a VR Headset again and wanted to play VR Wynncraft. I used to play with Vivecraft back in the day but nowadays there is a better made mod called Visor. I wanted to check if it was allowed before I loaded it up and didn't realize it wasn't allowed or had some feature that was considered an advantage.

I'd say its probably good, but I'm also not staff

Game rule 1 (https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/game-forum-rules.111874/) covers mods, and it also has an addendum for clarification (https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/game-forum-rules.111874/#post-3525359)
